Details
- Available templates: Mutual NDA, Subscription Agreement, Demo Agreement, PSA, Order Form, Advisor Equity Letter
- Auto-fills company details from the brain - you only answer what's missing
- Saves to customer directory with date-stamped filename
- If Google Drive MCP is connected, offers to create a Google Doc for sharing/signatures
- Defaults: effective date = today, governing state = company state, term = 12 months
